A consultancy built for North Africans in Europe who want to structure their life in the Emirates without leaving grey areas behind.
intresidency started from a simple observation: the North African diaspora in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and the United Kingdom is poorly served by traditional relocation firms. Some sell licences without a thought for the tax law of the country you are leaving; others think in English for an Anglo-Saxon audience.
We work the other way around: we start from your European tax position and your family and asset ties in North Africa, then build the UAE structure that holds over time.
Our teams coordinate licensed partners — free zones, DED, PRO services, banks — and remain your single point of contact, in French.

No opaque arrangements
We decline files where the source of funds cannot be documented. That is the condition for a bank account that stays open.
Costs stated upfront
Government fees, free zone fees and our own fees are itemised before we begin.
The long view
A successful file is judged at renewal three years later, not on the day the licence is issued.
